Whether you're returning an unwanted, faulty or gift item, let’s make it easy 

We want you to love every piece you receive, however, if something’s not quite right, we are here to support

For unwanted items

  • You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return your item for an exchange, refund, or gift card refund 

For faulty items

  • All items are provided with a warranty, please refer to our Warranty Policy for details relating to your specific item

For gift items

  • Gift items can be returned, provided they fall within the above criterias, please see our dedicated article here 


Here’s how to get your return request started

  1. Head to our Returns Portal 
  2. Follow the steps for a request to a refund, exchange or gift card refund
  3. Once your request has been submitted, our Customer Connection Team will assess whether the request falls within the scope of our Return & Refund Policy, you can expect an update on the approval of your return request within 24-48 hours
  4. Then simply return your item using the returns label provided


For a printerless drop-off option

When you request a return via our returns portal you will have the option to choose a printerless QR code with Royal Mail

Once your return request has been approved, if the printerless QR code option was selected, your approval email will include the QR code 

You can then head to your nearest Royal Mail drop-off location, show the QR code and a return label will be printed on the spot for you


For a pinterless collection option 

Not to worry if you have selected only the printable label!

You can register your return for either a Royal Mail QR code or Royal Mail printable label and book a collection via Royal Mail here, select the 'Bring My Label' option, and they will apply the shipping labels for you 


For DPD printerless options

Unfortunately currently we cannot offer a printerless option with DPD, please reach out to the Team at [email protected] if you require further support with this option 


Once we receive your return

Once your return has been received by our warehouse, it can take up to 7-10 days to process your refund, gift card refund or exchange, you’ll get an email notification as soon as it's been completed


Prefer to return In-Store?

You’re more than welcome to return or exchange items at any of our standalone boutiques, just pop in with your item and order number

Please note

  • Online orders and orders placed in standalone boutiques cannot be returned to concession stores
  • Orders purchased at concession stores can be taken to a standalone boutique only for an exchange or gift card refund
  • Refunds for concession purchases can only be processed by the concession where the order was purchased


A few final notes 💌

  • Returning part of an order that included a gift with purchase? If requesting a refund, you’ll need to return the gift too if your remaining order no longer meets the minimum spend
  • Please include the dispatch note in your return parcel, can’t find it? No problem, just include a little note with your order number inside instead
  • In order to receive a refund, exchange or gift card refund, all faulty items are required to be returned to us
