You can return a gift through our Returns Portal 

To get started, you’ll need

• The original purchaser’s email address
• The order number
• To ensure your item is eligible for return, please see our Return & Refund Policy

No worries at all, we’ve got you covered! When you get to the ‘confirm your details’ step, simply fill in your own contact information instead, that way you receive all of the return updates and communications, nothing will be sent to the original gift-giver.
