We’re so sorry to hear something wasn’t quite right with your order. We’re all about quality, care, and making you feel amazing in your jewellery, so if your item isn’t perfect due to a genuine fault or issue, we’ve got options for you: a refund, a credit note, or an exchange once the item is returned to us.
✨ Returning an item?
Once our lovely warehouse team receives your return, it can take up to 14 working days to process. We know that’s a little wait, and we really appreciate your patience while we work our magic behind the scenes.
✨ Prefer to pop in-store?
You can return items for a refund, credit note, or exchange at any of our standalone boutiques. Just a heads up: items bought online or in one of our standalone boutiques can’t be returned to concession stores (Selfridges, Harrods and Fenwick) and vice versa.
