To ensure your item is eligible for return it must:
✅Be unworn, earrings cannot be tried on
✅No signs of wear or damage
✅In its original condition and packaging
We don't accept returns for the following items:

💍Story Chains
💍Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund
💍Piercing jewellery
We accept returns on unworn, unopened earrings:

💍In its original condition and packaging
💍Returned within 28 days of purchase
Refunds and exchanges are usually processed within 7-10 days of receiving the items, although during busy periods this may vary.
Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method.
Please note, Gift Cards are non-refundable.
WARRANTIES & POLICIES
Welded Chains:
Welded bracelets & anklets come with a 1 year warranty, in which the first month covers loss. If you have any issues with your welded jewellery, please reach out to your nearest store or our Customer Care team, we will be happy to help - Click here for further details.*
Piercing jewellery:
Piercing jewellery used for in-store piercings has a 12-week warranty for loss. If you lose your jewellery within the first 12 weeks, please do reach out to the customer care team or your nearest store and our teams will be happy to help.*
Solid Gold jewellery:
Our solid gold collection (piercing jewellery included) comes with a 1 year warranty. Please note, this does not include product loss. If your jewellery becomes faulty within this time please reach out to [email protected] with your proof of purchase.*
All other jewellery:
Our sterling silver, brass based items and titanium piercing jewellery come with a 1 year warranty. Please note, this does not include product loss. If your jewellery becomes faulty within this time please reach out to [email protected] with your proof of purchase.*
Please include the dispatch note received from the original delivery. If it is not possible to include this, please include a note within the parcel detailing your order number, thank you.
*Using a third party to fix or correct a piece of jewellery in warranty, voids this warranty. This applies even if you told us about the fault before using a third party. This means we are no longer liable to replace/repair this item.
