What is the warranty on my welded jewellery and can I have it repaired?Updated 8 days ago
We are really sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your welded jewellery.
If you are within the 1-year warranty period, we can definitely get this fixed for you free of charge!
Please reach out to our customer team - [email protected] to confirm a date, time and preferred store and we can get this booked in for you.
Warranty appointments are available any time between Monday - Thursday at our concessions and boutiques.
Please note if you purchased the item from our concession store (Selfridges, Harrods and Fenwick), we are not able to book you an appointment in standalone boutique and we will need to book your appointment back in at the original concession store.
If your welded bracelet or anklet has snapped outside of the 1-year warranty, this can be processed through our repairs service.
This service offers to re-weld or shorten your bracelet, for £20.
Please note that the repair service is subject to whether the jeweller on the day determines the chain to be in a repairable/adjustable condition.
The warranty covers loss for 1 month from the date of purchase, in which your bracelet or anklet can be replaced.
Bracelet and anklet chains lost after the month cannot be replaced under the warranty.
Welded rings are not covered for loss as these pieces are a removable item. Please register any issues with this piece at the earliest convenience to our customer care team, who can assist you with getting booked in to have your welded ring chain repaired or assessed by one of our jewellers.
