All jewellery purchased from one of our concession stores can be returned via our portal, for an exchange or store credit refund💫

Unfortunately, we are not able to refund the original payment method when a concession item is returned online as we do not have access to the concession's till system.

If you would like a refund back to your original payment method, please go back to the concession store or email our team at [email protected] who can run you through the process.
