We want you to love every piece you receive, however, if something’s not quite right, we are here to support.


You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return your item for an exchange, refund, or credit note 💌

What We Can’t Accept for Return 💔

We’re unable to offer returns on the following:

  • 💍 Advent Calendars

  • 💍 Engraved products

  • 💍 Personalized jewellery - including Story Chain and Welded items

  • 💍 Individual items from sets - these must be returned as a full set

  • 💍 Piercing jewellery

  • 💍 Gift bags/wrapping

  • 💍 After Care Solution


Return Eligibility Checklist ✅

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn

  • Free from damage or signs of wear

  • In its original condition and packaging


Earring Returns Policy 👂✨

We’re now accepting returns on unworn, unopened earrings purchased on or after 1st November 2024. To qualify, earrings must be:

  • 💖 Unworn / Tried On

  • 💖 Returned within 28 days

  • 💖 Free from signs of wear or damage

  • 💖 In original packaging and condition


Don’t worry – every returned earring is thoroughly sterilised at our warehouse for everyone’s safety.


Once We Receive Your Return...

Once your item reaches our warehouse and has been approved, it can take up to 14 working days to process your refund or exchange. You’ll get an email notification as soon as it's been completed.📬


Prefer to Return In-Store?

You’re more than welcome to return or exchange items at any of our standalone boutiques - just pop in with your item and order details.

Please note: if you purchased your item at a concession store, you’ll need to return it there directly.


A Few Final Notes 💌

  • Returning part of an order that included a gift with purchase? You’ll need to return the gift too if your remaining order no longer meets the minimum spend.

  • Please include the dispatch note in your return parcel. Can’t find it? No problem - just include a little note with your order number inside instead.
