You can return products within 28 days from the date of purchase, for an exchange, refund or a credit note.
If you are unhappy with your order and wish to return or exchange your item, please follow the below steps so our team can process your request.

To ensure your item is eligible for return it must:
✅Be unworn
✅No signs of wear or damage
✅In its original condition and packaging
We don't accept returns for the following items:
💍Advent Calendars
💍Engraved Products
💍Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund
💍Piercing jewellery
We will now be accepting returns on unworn, unopened earrings, purchased on or after the 1st of November 2024. Earrings must be:
💍Be unworn 💍Returned within 28 days of purchase
💍Show no signs of wear or damage
💍In its original condition and packaging
Each earring will be thoroughly sterilised once received at our warehouse.
Once the warehouse have received and approved the return or exchange please note it can take 14 working days to process your request and you will be notified when your exchange or refund is processed.
You can also pop into your local boutique to return or exchange your item 👉 Our Stores (If you purchased an item in one of our concession stores, you will need to go back to that store directly to process a return or exchange.)

You must send back your gift with purchase if you return items from the same order that makes the new value of the order below the gift with purchase threshold.
Please include the dispatch note received from the original delivery. If it is not possible to include this, please include a note within the parcel detailing your order number above, thank you.
