Can I Return My Order To Any Store?Updated a month ago

Yes! You can return your online order to any of our standalone boutiques within 28 days.

Our in-store teams will be able to process a refund, credit note or exchange for you. 

Please note that items bought online or at our standalone boutiques cannot be returned to our concession stores (Selfridges London, Selfridges Manchester, Fenwick Newcastle & Harrods). 

Our concession stores are only able to process returns of items which were bought from that specific concession store. Our store staff will check whether your item meets our return requirements. You can find your nearest store here.

For online returns, please proceed to our returns portal.

We are not able to accept returns on US or EU purchases to a UK store, or vice versa.
