Eligible products can be returned within 28 days from the date of purchase.
To start the returns or exchange process please head to our Returns Portal
Please note - if your item was bought in the US or EU you will need to head to the EU Returns Portal or US returns portal
We are only able to accept returns on items that are:
💍Unworn
💍Show no signs of wear or damage
💍Are returned in their original packaging and condition
We do not accept returns on any of the following:
💍Story chains
💍Engraved items
💍Individual Products in Sets - The products must be returned as a set to be eligible for a refund
💍Advent Calendars, Christmas baubles & Christmas cracker gift sets
💍Earrings that have been worn or tried on
Once your return request has been approved, you will be sent an email detailing your complimentary return label.
🌟 Once the warehouse has received your item, it can take 7-10 days to process refunds, credit notes or exchanges 🌟
You are also welcome item in-store if that is more convenient for you!
Please note that instore exchanges are subject to stock availability. Items bought online or at our boutiques can only be returned at our standalone boutiques, and not our concession stores (Selfridges London and Manchester, Harrods, Fenwick Newcastle). You can find your nearest store here ☀️
