People, Product And Planet - A&M's ImpactUpdated 3 hours ago
Our Impact on Sustainability
At Astrid & Miyu, sustainability is never a trend - it’s a promise. From the way we design, source, and produce, to how we support our communities, our impact on people and the planet is always front of mind.
The 2025 Impact Report
As we work toward revolutionising the jewellery experience, we’re committed to full transparency and continuous improvement across everything we do.
PLANET: Made With Purpose🌍 Responsible Sourcing
We work closely with global supply partners who share our values of craftsmanship, ethics and environmental care.
All makers must pass certified audits and sign our Ethical Trade Statement.
50% of 2024's product intake came from RJC-certified partners, setting the standard in sustainable jewellery worldwide.
We use lab-grown gemstone, which offer the same sparkle as mined gem stomes, but with no human impact.
♻️ Our Materials
Sustainability shouldn’t mean compromise.
Recycled Silver, Gold & Brass: We use recycled metals wherever possible to reduce our carbon footprint and support a circular economy without sacrificing quality or style.
🤝 Diversity, Equality & Inclusion
As a female-founded and led brand, we celebrate inclusivity every step of the way. Internally, our DE&I Squad drives cultural awareness and supports team training. We’ve also published our Gender Pay Gap Report, because transparency matters and equality is non-negotiable.
PEOPLE: At the Heart of A&M
We believe true sustainability starts with people, our team, our supplier, and the community around us.
💛Suppliers and makers
Our jewellery makers must carry out certified audits and sign our Ethical Trade Statement, in line with industry expectations of the best ethical and environmental practices.
✨ Our Charity Partners
Giving back is ingrained in our DNA. Through Team A&M’s 16 hours of paid volunteering, Club A&M donation initiatives, and ongoing fundraising, we support causes that align with our values.
The Baytree Centre: Uplifting women and girls through education and support, we’ve partnered with this South London charity since 2019.
The Felix Project: Fighting hunger and food waste, we donate 100% of funds from our Astrid & Renew recycling program to help create a hunger-free, waste-free London.
📌 Club A&M Members can donate £10 worth of points to support our charity partners which can make a real difference.
💼 Growth & Development
We grow together. With a dedicated People & Growth Team, every team member is supported through tailored training and development. We’re proud to pay the Real Living Wage, champion health & wellbeing, and empower our people to give feedback and flourish.
We know there’s more work to be done and we’re here for it. From recycled metals to community action, we’re making sustainability a core part of who we are.
