Our piercing jewellery is crafted to industry standards, using metals clearly listed in the product descriptions so you know exactly what you’re getting. We design our pieces to fit a variety of anatomies, but since everyone’s skin is unique, we can’t accept returns for any metal allergies or sensitivities. Allergies aren’t covered under our warranty, unfortunately.

Because hygiene is a top priority, we’re unable to accept returns on earrings that have been tried on, worn or piercing items. This helps us keep things safe and sparkling clean for all our customers.
