If you do not have access to a printer, please ensure to select the printerless option below 💌

For Royal Mail QR Code (Printerless - Drop Off)

When you request a return via our returns portal you will have the option to choose a printerless QR code with Royal Mail.

Once your return request has been approved, if the printerless QR code option was selected, your approval email will include the QR code.

You can then head to your nearest Royal Mail drop-off location, show the QR code and a return label will be printed on the spot for you.

For Royal Mail Collection Option (Printing Required)

You can register your return for collection via Royal Mail here, and they will come to collect your return at the scheduled time.

For DPD Shipping Label Drop Off (Printing Required)

Please print your shipping label and drop off your return at your nearest DPD location. We do not currently have a QR Code (printerless) option at this time.
