We’re working hard to get your beautiful new pieces to you as quickly as possible - here’s everything you need to know about dispatch times and personalised orders.

🚚 Standard Delivery

We aim to dispatch all standard delivery orders within 48 business hours.

If there’s any unexpected delay, we’ll be in touch to keep you in the loop.

⚡ Next-Day Delivery (UK Only)

Order before 1pm, Monday-Friday and your parcel will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

✨ A few quick notes:

This applies to working days only, unless you select Saturday Delivery at checkout.
Orders placed with next-day delivery after 1pm on Friday, or over the weekend, will be dispatched on the next working day.

💖 Need to Update on Your Order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit, amend or cancel orders once they are placed. This would also include any address update requests.

✨ Story Chains (Bespoke & Beautiful)

Our handmade Story Chains come with two delivery options:

Express: approximately 2 weeks - £50
Standard: approximately 4 weeks - £30
You'll be able to choose your preferred service at checkout. Once our jewellers have worked their magic, your bespoke piece will be on its way to you 💫

✍️ Engraved Items

Please allow up to 4 working days for engraving, plus delivery time. Trust us, it’s worth the wait as these pieces are extra special.
