How long does delivery take?Updated 2 months ago

We aim to dispatch all standard delivery orders within 48 business hours, if there is a delay, we will let you know. 

Orders placed before 1 pm with next-day delivery will be dispatched on the same day, ready for delivery on the next working day. Please note that this only applies to working days unless Saturday Delivery is opted for. Any orders placed with next-day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Story chains - Our story chains come with two delivery options: express (two weeks) or standard (four weeks). You can choose your preferred service at checkout. Once our jewellers have finished making your bespoke, handmade piece it will be shipped to you. 

Engraved items - For engraved orders, please allow up to 4 days for engraving, plus delivery time.
