Do you offer free re-piercing if my jewellery falls out?Updated 10 days ago

We understand the distress when jewellery falls out, especially from a new piercing. If this occurs within 12 weeks of your piercing, we are pleased to offer a free re-piercing service. However, due to sterilisation protocols, we are unable to reuse the original jewellery for the re-piercing. Our expert piercers will assess and either refit the existing jewellery if possible or carry out a re-piercing at a later date, all at no additional cost to you. This complimentary service is exclusively in-store and requires an appointment. Please contact us with your preferred date, time, and store location so we can arrange your booking.

Unfortunately, we are only able to offer a free replacement if the jewellery falls out within 12 weeks of the initial piercing, as this would be a sign of a faulty thread.
