Can I update my address?Updated 3 months ago

We are not able to amend your address once your order has been placed.

If your order is being shipped with Royal Mail, you are able to select the 'update delivery options' button, to proceed with changing your delivery address or requesting to collect from a Post Office.

If you no longer want your order - The parcel can simply be refused upon delivery and the courier will return the parcel to us. Once the tracking information has updated to show the order is being returned to sender, you are able to let our Customer Care team know and we will put through your refund - [email protected]

If you are unable to refuse the package please do not open the box, you are welcome to return the order through ourreturns portal, within 28 days. 

If the order contains earrings, please do not open the parcel. Please then email customer care so we can take you through the returns portal to authorise your return, thank you!
