Can I cancel my order?Updated 2 months ago
It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been placed.
The parcel can simply be refused upon delivery and the courier will return the parcel to us. Once the tracking information has updated to show the order is being returned to sender, you are able to let our Customer Care team know and we will put through your refund - [email protected]
If you are unable to refuse the package, please do not open the box and order through our returns portal, within 28 days.
If your order is being shipped with Royal Mail, you are able to select the 'update delivery options' button, to proceed with changing your delivery address or requesting to collect from a Post Office.
Please note, that this does not apply to story chain, engraved or advent calendar orders. We will not accept refused returns of these items as they are non-returnable.
