Unfortunately we cannot make changes to the items in your pre-order once the order has been placed.

If you do not know the order number associated with your pre-order you should be able to find your email confirmation by searching 'Purple Dot' into your email's inbox. Purple Dot is our pre-order platform 💌

You will receive an email confirming the refund and will see the money back in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.
