Our Story Chain range allows you to use our iconic charms to customise a bespoke 9kt bracelet, necklace or anklet to tell a personal story! As they are bespoke, no one will share the same piece as you!
Can I edit or return my story chain if I change my mind?
As a bespoke piece, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to your chain or accept a return should you change your mind.
Can I add charms at a later date?
Due to hallmarking regulations, we are unable to add any more charms to a story chain once an order has been placed/ the Story Chain has been made.
Can I shorten/lengthen my Story Chain?
