Can I edit my order after it has been placed?Updated 5 months ago

Changes to orders cannot be made once the order has been placed and processed. If you wish to cancel the order please reach out to the Customer Care team via email or live chat during business hours and they will do their best to help. Please note - once orders have been processed and completed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any further changes or cancellations but we will try our best to help where we can.


Please also note that we cannot edit and/or cancel Story Chain or engraved orders.
